  • We take every precaution to protect your property. Our drivers use boards and other protective materials when placing and removing dumpsters whenever needed. While we cannot guarantee against every situation, we make every effort to prevent damage during delivery and pickup.

  • Small equipment such as wheelbarrows and skid steers are generally acceptable when used carefully. However, equipment that could dent, drag, or otherwise damage the dumpster should not be used. Customers are responsible for any damage caused by improper loading.

  • In many areas, yes—but a permit may be required if the dumpster will be placed on a public street or other public property.

    Whenever possible, we recommend placing the dumpster on your driveway or other private property to avoid permit requirements and additional costs.

  • Our dumpsters are great for disposing of:

    If you have questions about a specific item, we're happy to help.

  • No. We do not accept concrete, dirt, brick, rock, asphalt, or other heavy inert materials in our dumpsters. These materials can exceed weight limits and require specialized disposal.

    If you're unsure whether a material is acceptable, please contact us before loading the dumpster. Our team will be happy to help determine the best disposal option.
